Job PurposeTo meet our fossil-free future and effectively support our customers, we need an effective Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Management plan. This will deliver technical and commercial solutions to maximize our network's availability to customers and deliver an effective Distribution System Operator (DSO).
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to define and align business and product vision and strategy.
- Define and communicate an effective vision for digitalized work execution, its value and benefit, throughout the organization and with our stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product owners with indirect responsibility for additional cross-functional team members.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritization, and product delivery.
- Define and measure business impact, and monitor performance of initiatives and communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- A degree directly related to or transferable to digital delivery and/or the energy system more broadly.

- Experience successfully leading and improving teams that are highly effective both in terms of impact and team culture.
