About the Role:


Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role requires a strong sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales account plans to achieve revenue targets
* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and loyalty
* Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and digital marketing
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
* Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials
* Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)

Compensation:
$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
