Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Forward March Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, increasing revenue growth by expanding market shares, and collaborating with other branch and sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and grow market share within designated territories
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other branch and sales team members to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to meet or exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A background in the construction industry, preferably with experience in the Trench Shoring sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs
