Master's Level Clinical Liaison Specialist

At Youth Villages, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and families in need. As a Master's Level Clinical Liaison, you will play a vital role in our Residential Treatment programs, working closely with our team to provide individualized therapy and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Residential staff and Counselors to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Complete admissions and discharges for residents, ensuring a smooth transition between programs.
- Facilitate treatment meetings and consultations to ensure comprehensive care planning.
- Work closely with the Assistant Director of Clinical Services to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in a social services discipline, with the ability to pursue clinical licensure.
- Experience working with at-risk youth, with a focus on providing individualized therapy and support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
