Job Overview

OneTrust is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage executive operations, including coordinating meetings, tracking key decisions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Design and orchestrate the corporate calendar, ensuring seamless execution of major milestones and planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Prepare high-quality board presentations and executive reports, enabling leadership to communicate strategy effectively.
  • Support goal-setting and ensure alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, program management, strategy and operations, or a chief of staff role in a tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial and valuation analyses.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
  • Ambitious and hungry, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving strategic initiatives.
