About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN Orthopaedic Navigator to join our team at Erlanger Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of care for patients with orthopaedic disorders, ensuring seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. They will be knowledgeable about Clinical Practice Guidelines and new treatment protocols for orthopaedic patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care delivery for patients with orthopaedic disorders
  • Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and office staff to ensure effective communication
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the care journey
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and interventions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in orthopaedic care
  • Current nursing licensure to practice in the state of Tennessee as a Registered Nurse
  • Greater than 2 years orthopaedic experience
  • BLS certification completed prior to going to the unit/department
