Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics in Chattanooga, TN.

About Us: As Chattanooga's leading provider of multi-specialty orthopaedic care since 1979, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient experiences and providing innovative treatments.

Compensation Package: This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending account, life insurance, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians and nurses in patient care, ensuring efficient and effective patient flow through our clinic.
  • Obtain complete and accurate information from patients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to patient needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant or completion of a formal medical assistant training program.
  • At least two years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
  • BLS (CPR) certification required.

Work Environment: Our state-of-the-art facilities offer a dynamic and supportive work environment. This role does not require nights, weekends, or holidays.
