Automotive Service Technician

Agen's Automotive is seeking an experienced automotive service technician to join our team in Anchorage.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $35 per hour, as well as benefits including 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, PTO accrual, sick pay, and holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer concerns and symptoms to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of various vehicle systems.
- Perform test drives to evaluate vehicle performance and diagnose issues.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of all mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic elements.
- Possession of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or ability to get ASE certifications.
- Possess your own tools/equipment.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission (for road tests).
