About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless intake process for clients seeking home care services.
  • Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
  • Educate and inform consumers about the range of care services available.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in home care intake coordination is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Customer service experience in a home care environment is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • A proactive go-getter attitude that enables you to find creative solutions and make the most of available resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
