Job Summary

**Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic - Equipment Repair and Maintenance Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Inspect and test machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions and diagnose problems
  • Repair and replace parts as needed to maintain equipment and machinery
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and machinery to prevent wear and tear
  • Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
  • Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drills to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools
Requirements:
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advance knowledge of factory equipment and ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
