We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Branding Iron - Sauk Rapids. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain equipment and facility in working order, performing regular inspections and repairs as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Document work completion and parts ordering and/or usage accurately, maintaining a high level of record-keeping and organization.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and problems concerning safety, taking prompt action to resolve issues and prevent accidents.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and facility.
- Above average aptitude in the use of tools and equipment of several trades or skills such as electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, machining, welding and hydraulics.
- Ability to work in a team-based, flexible and proactive maintenance program.
- Experience performing maintenance in a food manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary.
- Refrigeration experience is preferred but not required.
