Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant by directing and controlling operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Restaurant Success: Direct and control restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability.
  • Lead Team Members: Supervise and direct Assistant Managers and Team Members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and achieving their goals.
  • Manage Financials: Review financial information and monitor budget to ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within budget.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Maintain Restaurant Assets: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the interior and exterior, and maintain restaurant assets to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Follow Company Policies: Follow the standards of the company's policies and procedures and operate in accordance with the brand's Operations Manual.

Requirements:

  • Professional Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
