Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the freezer department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Leadership and Supervision

Supervise a team of freezer staff, including Assistant Freezer Managers, Freezer Supervisors, and Stockers, to ensure that shelves are stocked, merchandise is rotated, and customer service is provided.


Inventory Management

Develop and implement inventory management strategies to prevent shrinkage and damages, including reviewing inventory levels daily and conducting periodic HACCP audits.


Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service to large customers, developing relationships and ensuring that their needs are met.


Training and Development

Train employees in job responsibilities and safe operating procedures, as well as interview and recommend candidates for hire.
