Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and other senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling, cash flow valuation, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Xero.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or CMA certification.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tools.
  • Strong database management skills.
