The Program Manager for Technical Initiatives plays a pivotal role in supervising the planning, development, and execution of our technical projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and client requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight:
Direct the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, providing consistent updates and managing expectations effectively.
Technical Expertise:
Leverage your technical knowledge to guide and support project teams, ensuring the successful deployment of DOMA DX, customized SaaS solutions, and cloud services.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies to secure project success.
Resource Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently allocate resources and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Continuous Development:
Propel continuous improvement initiatives by assessing project outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future endeavors.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally within a SaaS or cloud services context.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Proven track record of managing intricate technical projects from inception to completion.
Strong grasp of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Preferred QualificationsPMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
