We are seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our team, responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate performance of tasks necessary to the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack customer orders efficiently, ensuring correct parts and quantities are included.
  • Select and apply packaging materials, construct and seal packages, and affix labels.
  • Follow detailed instructions to meet safety and quality requirements.
  • Operate hand tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and torque guns.
  • Comprehend and follow verbal or written instructions, diagrams, and technical documents.
  • Identify defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand and order completion.
  • Assist in physical inventories and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Requirements:
  • Ability to use tools to make or repair parts and products.
  • Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams and schematics.
  • Work in a team environment to assemble products.
  • Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
