Key Responsibilities
  • Execute commercial plans to customers on daily, pre-set routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with store personnel, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stock, merchandise, and rotate all beverage sections and displays in stores, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide vacation coverage to bulk account merchandisers and merchandisers, ensuring continuity of sales and customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, merchandisers, and drivers for order refusals, inventory overload, and other operational issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 0-1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
