Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our store operations team at Kimbrell's Furniture. As the public face of our company, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries about our products and services. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, presenting facts related to our home furnishings and products.
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Achieve established sales goals and drive sales growth.
  • Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
  • Maintain a superior level of product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor remains orderly and visually appealing.
  • Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
Requirements:
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as directed by the Manager.
  • Compliance with all Kimbrell's Furniture's rules and policies.
  • Acting in the best interest of Kimbrell's at all times.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
