The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing financials, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
  • Establishing key performance indicators and tracking against them.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the overall status of the project.
  • Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
  • Identifying risks, problems, and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Maintaining project financials, budget, and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of project management or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
