About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Conduent. As a key member of our KanCare Contact Center, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather and document information, entering it into various systems as required.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Medicaid programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of six months' experience in customer service, preferably in a Medicaid-related field.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate complex software systems.
  • Intermediate level of skill with MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage.
