Position Overview:
The Sales Director will lead the sales strategy for our assistive technology solutions, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and end-users. The ideal candidate will be a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA and possess extensive experience in the medical device sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth for assistive technology products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and end-users.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leverage your Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) expertise to provide informed product recommendations and service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the U.S., driving market penetration and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA recognized by CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or assistive technology sectors.
- Proven experience with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance landscapes, especially relating to assistive technology and mobility solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while managing national sales efforts.
