Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products and services.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Identify and resolve quality issues through collaboration with development teams
  • Analyze and report on quality metrics and trends
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience: 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
