Job Title: Butler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team at HirefinderRPO. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their every need is met with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized services to guests, including pre-booking, spa, dining, and activity reservations.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage transport, unpacking, and other needs.
  • Monitor guest activity and be on call for any special requests or last-minute needs.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of all menus, outlets, and amenities throughout the resort.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and other resort departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Prepare guest folios and ensure accurate billing.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, and take proactive steps to meet them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Solid communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Must possess strong reading and writing skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Use of Microsoft Office products and HOST will be necessary.
  • Experience in related hospitality fields is necessary and proper formalized training is highly regarded.
  • Must be able to speak English.
  • Must be willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts (according to the needs of the guests).
