Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services, and being able to answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Assist customers with equipment returns and swaps, as well as other non-sales customer service transactions.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals by providing excellent customer service and promoting products and services.
  • Participate in inventory management and merchandising responsibilities, including receiving and stocking inventory, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer and store experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $27,720.00-$45,540.00/year.
