Job Overview

Darling Ingredients is seeking a skilled Payroll/401K/Kronos Analyst to join its IT team at the Corporate office in Irving, Texas. The successful candidate will provide primary functional and technical design, direction, and support to the corporate Payroll functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support to the corporate Payroll functions.
  • Support and troubleshoot all Payroll or related integrations to and from Oracle HCM.
  • Analyze, design, and develop solutions for enhancements to ADP, Kronos, or Oracle HCM.
  • Document and train end-user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing on newly developed customizations and reports before deploying to the user group.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports, data extracts, etc. to meet one-time or continuing business needs using available tools.

Requirements
  • 4-year degree, Information Systems preferred.
  • 5+ years total experience.
  • 3+ years experience implementing and/or supporting applications like ADP, Oracle HCM, Workday, Peoplesoft or similar applications preferred.
  • Experience with the following Oracle modules: HCM, Benefits and Payroll preferred.
  • SQL knowledge; techno-functional skills preferred.

Additional Relevant Experience
  • Oracle modules: HR, Benefits and Workforce Compensation.
  • 401K background/experience.
  • ADP/Kronos experience.
