Program Expectations:

  • We seek enthusiastic individuals who are focused on their career goals.
  • Training will take place at a designated location, where you will gain hands-on experience.

  • Approximately 50% of our current managers began their careers in this program.

Throughout your first year, you will engage in various aspects of our operations. Your progress will be assessed, and successful completion of the program can lead to promotions and salary increases. Typically, candidates are promoted to Assistant Manager within a year, based on their initiative and performance.
