About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure compliance with McDonald's standards
  • Communicate effectively with Crew and other Managers to ensure a smooth shift
  • Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
  • Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability
  • Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production
  • Train new team members on critical job functions
