Fast Track Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coach team members: Inspire and motivate your team to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure quality and efficiency: Complete required maintenance work and ensure industry-leading quality for our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Service advise and load customers with a smile.

Crew's Commitments:

  • Competitive compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year + incentive pay
  • Benefits and perks: Daily pay options, paid time off, 6 paid holidays, free carwashes, and more
  • Training and development: Industry-leading training and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Age and education: Must be at least 18 years old and have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service industry.
  • Physical demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
