Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned revenue and compliance staff
- Manage the collection of business license fees, taxes, and related revenue
- Participate in the development of goals and objectives, policies, and procedures
- Oversee the management of all files and records related to business revenue and compliance
- Investigate and monitor businesses to ensure compliance with licensing regulations
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent supplemented by specialized administrative or office management training
- Five years of responsible business code compliance, auditing, and inspection experience
- Valid driver's license or ability to independently get to and from multiple work locations
This role requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments, with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions and extensive public contact.
