Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security services to clients in a bank environment
  • Identify and screen visitors, employees, and other authorized personnel
  • Respond to emergency conditions and take corrective action as directed by supervisors
  • Enforce post orders and conform to general orders
  • Assist customers, employees, and visitors as required
  • Patrol bank premises and perform duties of a Fire Guard or Fire Safety Director as required

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old at the time of assignment (USA only)
  • Valid Unarmed NV PILB Guard Card
  • Demonstrate ability to read, write, and converse clearly in English
  • Customer-focused and practice good telephone skills
  • Practice normal hygiene and personal cleanliness, neat in dress and appearance
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Completed state certification and licensing, as required
  • Satisfactory completion of initial drug test, criminal background check, motor vehicle record check (as appropriate), and annual first aid/CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to obtain certification as a Fire Safety Director, if required
  • Minimum one (1) year prior Security Officer Experience
