About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pump Mechanic to join our team at a leading manufacturer of mechanical equipment. As a Pump Mechanic, you will be responsible for building new pumps, providing assistance in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build new pumps and provide assistance in the installation of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and controls.
  • Maintain test standards and equipment in accordance with ISO procedures.
  • Know, understand, and abide by environmental policies.
  • Use specialized equipment such as tape measure, band saw, hand grinders, steam cleaner, etc.
  • Perform basic metalworking duties such as measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, and deburring parts.
Requirements
  • Responsible for following all safety regulations at all work areas and job sites.
  • Responsible for representing the company in a professional, respectful, honest, and courteous manner with customers and co-workers.
  • Must have good working knowledge of D.C. electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Requires the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guides.
