About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive who embodies the spirit of a 'Hunter' with a solid history of selling intricate enterprise software systems, particularly to Sell-Side and Buy-Side financial institutions.

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Executive include identifying new business sales opportunities and arranging meetings for our suite of risk management, order processing, market access, and data analytics solutions across North America.

As a Sales Executive, you will collaborate with a team of driven, high-performing sales professionals, assisting mid- to enterprise-sized businesses in achieving enhanced success.

By delivering industry-leading solutions, you will be at the forefront of some of the most exciting advancements in fintech, transforming the way the world pays, banks, and invests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Organize Discovery Calls, Preparation Calls, Dry Runs, and PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Present business solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Develop pricing proposals and lead negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Manage multiple complex sales cycles concurrently.
  • Prepare precise sales forecasts and reports using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior management within your territory.
  • Engage in regional travel as required.

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling Trading Compliance & Data Software or complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and prospects.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Documented success in consistently surpassing corporate goals and quotas.
  • Familiarity with trading and compliance workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in the industry is highly desirable.
  • Background in selling to financial institutions.
  • Established Compliance Relationships.
  • Specific experience with financial institutions.
  • Understanding of buy-side and sell-side financial entities.
  • Knowledge of trading and compliance solutions utilized by these firms.
