About the Role

Bond Consultants Group is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining records and documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records in accordance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of PPAP documentation, manufacturing drawings, and department-specific check sheets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Asst. Quality and Plant Managers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detailed-oriented and possess excellent active-listening and critical-thinking abilities.

Salary: $50,000 per annum.
