We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Assistant to join our team at Sawtelle Sewell, a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving vulnerable and high-risk youth. As a Residential Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate as a member of a therapeutic treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Become familiar with the residents' treatment goals and objectives.
  • Carry out expected interventions and observations to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients.
  • Document success and identify current or suggest new therapeutic goals that require attention from the treatment team.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
