About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to join our team at Precise Systems (MD). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Assault Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Integrated Product Team (IPT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management Support: Provide program management and operations support to the ASE IPT, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of program goals and milestones.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate daily with Level 1 IPT Lead to direct actions and coordinate activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Meeting Coordination and Facilitation: Coordinate, facilitate, and schedule program-level meetings, developing agendas and ensuring necessary program information is disseminated.
  • Resource Planning and Risk Mitigation: Determine resources needed to meet established goals and milestones, planning program execution to mitigate cost, schedule, and performance risks.
  • Issue Resolution and Strategic Planning: Facilitate resolution of issues impacting program progress or costs, reviewing and analyzing short- and long-term strategic planning objectives.
  • Process Improvement and Acquisition Support: Lead efforts of acquisition personnel, technical personnel, and support activities in developing and implementing process improvements, serving as a key participant in the development of acquisition strategies.
  • Contract Management and Budgeting: Coordinate the formulation and promulgation of program objectives and budget guidance, integrating resource requirements with multi-year acquisition and support plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships within the organization and with relevant external stakeholders and groups, fostering inclusive collaboration and integration.
  • Liaison and Support: Serve as a liaison with other commands and offices of the Navy, DoD, other government agencies, and private industry organizations, assisting L1s with tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.
  • Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
