Job Summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Per Diem/Relief Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Nutrition Team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, safe, and high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with complex nutritional needs.
  • Develop and implement effective nutrition interventions, including medical nutrition therapy and education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in nutrition care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field.
  • RD/RDN (Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • At least two years of experience as a clinical dietitian, with a focus on complex patient care.
  • Specialty certification in nutrition support or diabetes education is preferred.
