Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role will oversee and direct complex enterprise-wide corporate initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups across several organizational work streams.

Essential Functions:
  1. Actively plans and manages large-scale projects holistically around scheduled program increments and milestones, scope, cost, resource health, and risks
  2. Plans and owns project finances, including timing implications and key payment dates, while proactively reporting status and fulfilling project analysis requests
  3. Leads and contributes to vendor selection and procurement activities under program manager guidance, identifying and producing resource and go-live operational plans
  4. Prepares key documents, presents business cases, and produces reports as needed, collaborating with stakeholders to bring projects through funding conversations and initiation ceremonies

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial management ability, advanced communication skills, and the ability to successfully lead in a matrixed environment.

Estimated Salary:

$100,000 - $120,000 per year
