About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and wellness services, working closely with our healthcare team to optimize medication therapy and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care services, including disease state management and medication therapy optimization
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns to ensure seamless operations
  • Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance
  • Implement company initiatives to increase profitability and improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
  • Certified Immunizer preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including dayshift, evenings, holidays, and weekends
