About the Role

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our sales team in the Gulf Coast territory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Gulf Coast territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the medical device market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth, team management, and strategic relationship development.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in people management, preferably in a sales leadership role.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and SalesForce.
  • Experience with sales models, such as Challenger Sale or SPIN Selling.
Work Environment

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is a fast-paced and dynamic organization that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. As a Regional Director, you will work in a field-based role, with frequent travel required to meet with customers, partners, and team members. You will be expected to work extended hours when needed and maintain a drug-free work environment.

Physical Demands
  • Frequent repetitive motions, such as keyboard and mouse usage.
  • Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Frequent computer use and phone calls.
  • Occasional bending and stooping.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of a vehicle.
Travel

Frequent domestic travel by car and/or air required, up to 75% of the time.
