Support Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Support Services Technician will coordinate various support services to the training center, including fleet management, mail, courier, property disposition, equipment, supplies, inventories, facility maintenance requests, and tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with fleet management, including vehicle preparation, service coordination, dispatching, and lifecycle monitoring.
- Maintain tracking boards and electronic documents for fleet, shipping, and receiving, property accountability, and other systems.
- Operate U.S. Government vehicles up to 16 passenger vans as necessary.
- Provide logistical support by performing tasks associated with common carrier shipping and receiving, unpacking, storing, assembling, tracking, and issuing supplies, equipment, materials, and official parcels.
- Inspect received/delivered goods, maintain inventory/logistics records, and allocate storage space.
- Track and record all receiving, stocking, and issuing of inventory items per U.S. government regulations.
- Monitor depletion rates of supplies, materials, and equipment, and notify the Program Manager when replenishment and/or repairs and maintenance are required.
- Maintain storage areas in neat and clean condition.
- Assist with stock room functions, including office and general supplies.
- Monitor Ariba and other support request processes for clarity, mandatory source of supply use, accountability, and tracking.
- Resolve all discrepancies of property received within individual orders.
- Pick up and deliver official mail and special delivery items.
- Escort un-cleared building maintenance/equipment repair/delivery personnel when necessary.
- Assist in common records management, including property records and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Employ applicable Department of State security standards and procedures to protect National Security information.
- Provide other training program support as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Associate's Degree preferred.
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive official U.S. Government vehicles.
Security Clearance:
Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Work Environment:
Office environment.
Travel:
Travels as necessary to other CONUS training and support sites, not expected to be more than 25% of total work time.
