About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Services Representative to join our team at Consolidated Employer Services Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue and supporting our sales team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field prospective sales inquiries and work with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotes and sales orders, and log sales cycle activity into our CRM system.
- Continuously follow up on outstanding quotes and sales orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems.
- 2 years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience required.
- Proactive and team-oriented with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
