Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options when needed.
  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
  • Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
