Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc., you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas.
  • Restock shelves, process donations, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and communication required.

Work Environment:

The Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, team members, and management. The work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Sales Associate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
