Job Summary

The Retail Sales Manager will work closely with the District Manager to drive location sales, collect online reviews, resolve customer service issues, and hold employees accountable to policies and procedures. This role will also assist with location scheduling and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise, inventory, and loss prevention
  • Enforce employee conduct and company rules

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to turn objections into sales
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Professional appearance
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of retail sales management experience
  • Proven success in sales
  • Experience managing 2-10 staff members in a retail environment
