About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tooling Project Manager to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering superior tooling project management and support services that empower our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Lead efforts to evaluate and redesign processes to align with the company's rapid growth and commitment to quality.
  • Drive requirement gathering and input from designated stakeholders across engineering, LPO specialists, and legal teams.
  • Maintain essential documentation related to assigned projects for multiple stakeholders.
  • Exercise strategic thinking in prioritizing workload, as well as proper escalation to leadership.
  • Drive consistency and capability to support the growth of the team and the company, during continued scalability, and identify opportunities for more streamlined work.
  • Utilize time management and organizational skills to juggle responsibilities and strategize efficiency and priority.
  • Build a strong team by cultivating cross-functional relationships between each vertical and the XFN partners within the company.
  • Collaborate with other project managers across the organization to ensure we maintain cohesiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced global legal compliance organization.
  • 5 years of project management or related work experience
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, identify tradeoffs, and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong ability to foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global teams in different time zones.
