About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. As a Technical Sales Expert, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Southern Texas region by developing strong relationships with distributors and end users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. A 2-year engineering or technology degree or comparable work experience is required, with a 4-year degree preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a territory business plan with identified target accounts to meet the required sales increases.
  • Maintain and develop additional end user business at existing accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Continue to expand new end user accounts and provide supervision of distributors associated with these accounts.
  • Establish and maintain distributor relationships.
  • Review and recommend adjustments to distributor stocking and discount programs as required to motivate and obtain required territory sales goals.
