ROLE PURPOSE

Studio FLOW Instructors are Group Fitness Instructors dedicated to delivering an outstanding yoga experience to all Studio FLOW participants. These instructors are knowledgeable and inspiring, guiding members through an aspirational and results-oriented yoga journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Embody our guiding principles that bring our UPLIFT core values to life.
  • Engage with members by suggesting relevant VASA fitness products and amenities that cater to their needs.
  • Provide tailored instruction based on individual fitness levels and experiences, ensuring every member feels valued and included within the VASA community.
  • Infuse personal style into the Studio Flow class formats.
  • Arrive punctually and ensure the space is ready, greeting members as they enter.
  • Safely and accurately demonstrate yoga postures while actively monitoring participants during classes.
  • Conduct post-class procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Be approachable, inclusive, and engaging, delivering excellent customer service by promptly addressing member inquiries and concerns.
  • Encourage non-Studio members to participate in Studio Flow classes while they are working out in the club.
