Position Overview

EōS Fitness is a leading provider of high-value, low-priced fitness services seeking to expand its offerings by introducing assisted stretching services to its members. We are looking for certified professionals to join our team and provide personalized stretching services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one stretching sessions to clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
  • Engage with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the stretching process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, promoting retention and growth.
  • Promote and sell training services to clients, aligning with their fitness objectives.
  • Ensure client safety by adhering to industry-accepted stretching protocols and best practices.
  • Present nutritional supplements that can enhance clients' fitness results, fostering a holistic approach to wellness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with Fitness Counselors and management to facilitate facility tours and sales, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and available for client use.

Qualifications

Preferred Background

Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pilates Instructor, Gyrotonic Instructor, or Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Athletic Trainer

  • Experience working in a fitness environment, providing hands-on assisted stretching programs tailored to clients' needs.
  • National Fitness Certification, degree, or graduation from an approved trade school required.
  • Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, embracing diversity and promoting a positive atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals, with a strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.

Compensation and Schedule

Hourly rate: $20-$25 per hour. Supplemental pay types: Commission pay (10% commission)
