Salary:

Objective:

The Heavy Machinery Operator role involves executing skilled tasks focused on the operation of heavy machinery used in construction endeavors. This position is available in various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy construction machinery, including wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and other related equipment.
  • Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of machinery as required.
  • Perform road maintenance activities such as cutting, sloping, and grading of shoulders and roadbeds.
  • Compact road surfaces and engage in various road construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in flood control and maintenance efforts, including the removal of debris from channels.
  • Assist with solid waste management tasks, including grading and packing.
  • Provide direction to maintenance personnel when necessary.
  • Execute duties responsibly and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols established by the company.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery such as wheel loaders, excavators, backhoes, or bulldozers is required.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to operate machinery with a high level of skill and proficiency.
  • Understanding of basic maintenance procedures for operating equipment.
  • Capability to work independently and manage daily tasks according to the work schedule.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and walk for extended periods, and perform demanding labor under challenging conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
