Job Overview

Salary: Competitive

Objective:

LPX Group is on the lookout for a Heavy Equipment Field Technician with a minimum of 5 years' expertise in the repair, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of primarily CAT heavy construction machinery. In this position, technicians will be tasked with addressing repairs related to engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems, among other responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with CAT heavy equipment.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and executing repairs utilizing CAT ET and SIS.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Welding skills are a plus.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with field service experience.
  • The ideal candidate must possess their own tools and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Availability to work weekends as part of an on-call schedule is required.
